MEMBERSHIP CHRISTMAS PARTY

Our kids are the future of our Sportsman's Club.  If we don't get them involved now, they may not want to be involved later!

As the current Director of Youth here at the sportsmans, I would like to see more youth involvement in our club.  Currently we hold a Fish Rodeo every spring.  We have a Trap team that shoots every Wednesday during the summer where we have a few kids ranging from 12-18 that shoot with us.  We have tried to have BB gun shoots in the past.  I would like to have the BB gun shoots back up and running.  Have them start sometime in November or December.  It doesn't even have to be a competition.  It could just be the kids getting together with others, and learning how to safely handle a gun and learn the fun of shooting.  Maybe try to plan a 'Youth Field Day' for the spring or summer of 2011.
